By accessing or using Finortal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Finortal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Finortal provides an AI-powered deductions management and accounts receivable automation platform. Features include deduction classification, workflow management, dispute package generation, cash application, and ERP export.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models; (c) share login credentials; (d) upload malicious content; (e) use the service to compete with Finortal.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Finortal. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
Finortal uses AI to classify deductions, generate dispute letters, and provide recommendations. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI classifications or recommendations.
Finortal is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finortal's total liability for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
